3. Licensing

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license:

• Advanced
• Agency

All licenses include 1 year of updates and support.

4. Payments & Refunds

Prices are in Euro and may be subject to VAT, depending on your country. Since this is a digital product, no refunds will be issued after purchase unless required by law.

5. Support & Updates

We provide email support and plugin updates for 12 months from the date of purchase. Support includes installation guidance and bug fixing. It does not cover custom modifications or third-party conflicts.

6. Responsibility & Liability

We strive to ensure the plugin works with most WordPress setups, but we are not liable for any damages, data loss, or conflicts caused by its use. Users are responsible for backing up their websites and testing updates.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the plugin code, branding, and content belong to AI Alt Writer. You may not redistribute or resell the plugin without a Developer License that includes white-label permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend licenses in the case of abuse, fraud, or unauthorized distribution.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the plugin after such changes implies acceptance.
